my first time eating from firehouse sub . BEST sub I've ever had , definitely highly recommended

I am a huge fan of Firehouse Subs! I always order them on the mobile app for pickup as they are ready right when I walk in! My favorite sub is the Hero, but the Hook and Ladder and the Steamer are also both great options. You really can't go wrong with any sub choice at Firehouse. Most of the subs are hot subs unlike other sub shops so it's refreshing to have so many hot choices instead of cold subs. They all are served with a deli pickle slice on the side and all subs are customizable for additional free toppings too. They all have coke freestyle machines inside (which I am not a fan of personally). But they also have a hot sauce bar and a great chip selection to pair well with the subs. Inside is firehouse themed to include murals, the tables and all the decor so that also brings a unique experience that sets it apart. If you are looking for a fast sub option and haven't tried Firehouse subs, I definitely recommend it!

My family and I stopped into Firehouse Subs today while out running errands. We have been to a few other local locations before but today was our first day in the Margate one. We entered the store very early after opening and were greeted by some very friendly staff. They made sure to let us know before our order that it may take longer than normal because their oven wasn't fully heated up. Thankfully we had time to spare but this was a great piece of information to have up front. The location was clean, and the subs were very well made with good portions. I would definitely recommend this location for good food with even better service.

Great variety of sandwiches. They have tuna salad, not on the menu. But their tuna salad is very good. Their bread is tasty

Great service, awesome food, my first time there but I'll go back. All nice competent employees especially our cashier, Alex. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. An asset to that place. It's also in a location close to where I live. I will tell people and will definitely go back

12/28/2023 After Christmas and before New Year many employees seem to be on holiday so maybe that is what was occurring here on 12/28/23. Had a survey coupon and ordered Size sub I wanted, Smoked Turkey meat, wheat bread and said "For Here " No sooner had the ring in process began that I was offered White Bread. I clarified and re-stated wheat. I was re-asked what kind of meat. That was the Turkey. Changed the cheese and put in a few modifications such as "light mayo" then was re-asked about whether For Here or ToGo. I got the Cashier to scan my loyalty QR Code in the FH Subs app. The sub and subs of many others took a very long time. I guessed they could have been short of staff due to it being between Christmas 2023 and New Year's. I heard my name and responded and was told it would be brought out. It was brought out but was drenched in mayo. Took too too long but taste was good other than too too much mayo. After all holidays are completely over I shall return. One of my fave subs.

My coworker recently has been to Firehouse Subs and all she wants to do is go there all the time. It's her new place to grab some lunch. So I wanted to go check it out with her. We ordered online in the Firehouse app to save some time. With the first order in the app the customer gets a free drink. I got dasani sparkling water cherry flavored since I quit sodas over a year ago. In subs, I ordered tuna sub. It just needed a bit more seasoning but overall it was a great sub with fresh toppings which I chose. They have a place for order pick on the right side of the restaurant. The employees were really nice and greeted us and asked if we needed anything else. I will be back when subs are on my mind for lunch. This review is for to go order, but they do have seating inside the restaurant as well. ~
